How do I redeem my first order discount?
We send an automatic email to everyone that subscribes to our newsletter containing a unique code. Sometimes our emails are filtered into spam or promotional folders so do check there if you haven't received it. If you haven't already subscribed, you can do so at the footer of our website.
On our checkout page, there is a box that says "Gift card or discount code". Entering this code here will discount 10% from your order. If you're shopping via mobile, this can be seen at the last step of checkout.

Purchasing and Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders require up to 1 business day to process before they can ship. After that, standard shipping nationwide takes up to 5 business days. You do have the option to pay for expedited shipping at the checkout, but please note 2 things - even expedited orders require up to 1 business day to process before they can ship, and the shipping carriers may not include Saturdays or Sundays as business days with their expedited shipping options.
How do I place an order?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on location.
What should I do if my sea moss gel arrives warm?
While our gel is shipped with care, slight warmth during transit won’t harm its quality. Refrigerate upon arrival to maintain freshness.
Account & Subscription
I didn't receive my confirmation email. What do I do?
We automatically send order confirmation to the email address provided once your order is placed. Sometimes our emails are filtered into spam or promotional folders so we recommend checking there. If you still can't find it, you can email our Customer Care Team at support@seaxmoss.com. Kindly note our team aims to respond to all queries within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
How does my seaXmoss subscription work?
First, pick which product you’d like to purchase. Choose the quantity and size. Then, choose how often you’d like refills to be delivered to you, you can select a delivery for every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months.
Finally, enter your shipping and billing information, and you’re all set. If something changes, don’t worry. You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription deliveries in your account at any time. Just log into your account to make any adjustments.
My password reset link isn’t working
If you received a password reset link via email but the link is not working, or if you are not receiving the password reset email, it is likely because an account was never created. You will need to create a seaXmoss account by clicking ‘Account’ on the main navigation menu at seaxmoss.com. If you are still having trouble, please contact us at support@seaxmoss.com
How do I update my billing information?
Once logged into your account, click on ‘Payment Methods’ on the sub-navigation menu. Then click on the ‘Edit Payment Method’ button. The system will send you an email updated with a link to edit your payment details in Shopify. After you click on the link in the email, you will see a button titled ‘change.’ Here you can edit your card info or add a new payment option.

Sea moss gel is generally safe, but individuals with iodine sensitivity, thyroid conditions, or allergies to seaweed should consult a healthcare provider before use.

Does sea moss gel interact with medications?
